Mexico Pacific and ExxonMobil execute long-term LNG SPAs

Mexico Pacific has introduced the execution of two long-term gross sales and buy agreements (SPAs) with ExxonMobil LNG Asia Pacific (EMLAP) for the sale of a mixed 2 million tpy of LNG.

Below the SPAs, the ExxonMobil affiliate will buy LNG on a free-on-board foundation from the primary two trains of Mexico Pacific’s anchor LNG export facility, Saguaro Energia LNG, positioned in Puerto Libertad, Sonora, Mexico, over a 20-year time period. ExxonMobil additionally has an choice for 1 million tpy from Practice 3.
