Excelerate Power, Inc. and Enterprise International LNG have introduced the execution of a 20-year LNG gross sales and buy settlement (SPA). Below the SPA, Excelerate will buy 0.7 million tpy of LNG on a free on board (FOB) foundation from the Plaquemines LNG facility in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, the US.
