LNG Business,
Jap Pacific Transport (EPS) was not too long ago featured on China Central TV (CCTV) for being the supervisor of the primary bulk provider to finish LNG bunkering operations at Zhoushan Anchorage, China.
In partnership with PetroChina, M/V Mount Cook dinner, a 210 000 DWT LNG dual-fuel newcastlemax bulk provider chartered by Rio Tinto, was provided with 2200 t of LNG.
This is a crucial milestone for EPS and the trade, with Zhoushan Anchorage holding a major strategic position as a refuelling hub for standard bunker, LNG, and different future different fuels. Integrating it into the vessel’s route not solely ensures optimum operational effectivity, but in addition helps scale back emissions.
