On 28 April 2023 it was introduced {that a} settlement and share buy settlement had been reached between Repsol and Sinopec, whereby Repsol would purchase the remaining 49% share of Repsol Sinopec Assets UK Restricted.
It was agreed that at completion of the acquisition, Repsol would develop into the proprietor of 100% of Repsol Sinopec Assets UK Restricted. The settlement was topic to sure circumstances precedent, which had been all glad by 9 October 2023.
The corporate shall be referred to as Repsol Assets UK Restricted and can start a transition into the Repsol organisation.
