GTT has obtained an order from its companion, the Korean shipyard, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, for the tank design of 17 new LNG carriers, on behalf of a number one LNG participant.
GTT will design the tanks of those 17 vessels, which can every provide a capability of 174 000 m3. The tanks might be fitted with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT.
The supply of the vessels is scheduled between 1Q27 – 3Q29.
