The Netherlands-based SBM Offshore, a provider of the design, construction, installation, and operation of offshore floating facilities, and Chinese COSCO Shipping have held a steel-cutting ceremony for a floating storage offloading (FSO) unit destined for Mexico’s inaugural deepwater project.
