Antler Global, an associated company of the UK-headquartered and AIM-listed oil and gas company Europa Oil & Gas, has inked a deal to offload a partial stake in a block off the coast of Equatorial Guinea to Fuhai (Beijing) Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of China’s privately owned Fuhai Group New Energy Holding.
