A joint venture between Texas-based engineering firm Fluor Corporation and Japan’s JGC Holdings Corporation has won the front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract for a proposed expansion of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility located in Kitimat, British Columbia, Canada.
