Swiss direct air capture specialist Climeworks has launched a live demonstration of its DAC testing unit at the KAPSARC site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project, sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Energy and think tank KAPSARC, aims to showcase the technology’s ability to capture carbon dioxide from the atmosphere under hot and arid conditions.
