Norway’s oil and gas company OKEA has struck a deal with Japex Norge, a Norwegian subsidiary of Japan Petroleum Exploration (JAPEX), to divest its interest in an offshore gas/condensate discovery on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).
